Raw Puerh is a calendar. 生普是一份日曆。

A raw cake is drinkable on day one and different every year after. Nothing is added — the leaf simply keeps changing in the air around it. 生餅第一天就能喝，之後每一年都不一樣。沒有加任何東西，只是茶在空氣裡繼續變化。

1. YEAR 0

   New新茶

   Sharp, floral, sometimes bitter. Cool the water and it settles.
   銳、花香、有時帶苦。水溫低一點就穩了。

2. YEAR 3

   Settling轉柔

   The edge softens, honey shows up, the throat feels longer.
   稜角變軟，蜜香出來，喉韻變長。

3. YEAR 10

   Deepening轉沉

   Wood, dried fruit, a quieter sweetness. Less to prove.
   木質、乾果、甜得更安靜。不急著證明自己。

4. YEAR 20

   Old老茶

   Thick, smooth, and warm. The tea stops changing much and starts holding.
   厚、滑、暖。變化變少，開始穩住。

Years are a rough reference only. Storage decides the real speed — humidity, airflow, and smell in the room matter more than the number on the wrapper. 年份只是粗略參照。真正決定速度的是存放：濕度、通風、房間的氣味，都比包裝上的數字要緊。
